They're open from 7 in the morning, right through to 2am, seven days a week. If you’re arriving on a budget airline you’ll land at Baneasa Airport and can find Avis in the Departures area from 10am to 10pm (tel + 00 40 21230 2482) or in town at the Hilton Hotel, 1-3 Episcopiei St, from 8am to 10pm. Avis have got a great fleet of cars ready to drive away including, the Ford Focus, Volvo S40 and Opel Corsa.
