Just outside the Piata Romana metro stop, Frame is discreetly quartered through a vague alleyway and courtyard - follow the signs to Eros Sex Shop (seriously). When you find it, we guarantee it will quickly become one of your favourite places to meet friends for beer or snog girls on first dates. Comprised of classy wooden benches and tables near the bar, to room upon room of red walls and bean bags, Frame is an incredibly agreeable place to relax, catch up or chat up as the case may be. Beers are 5 to 7 lei and we have to give them credit for listing the prices of an entire bottle of Jack Daniels or Jagrmeister in the menu; it only goes to reinforce how ideal Frame is for small private parties.
