The Office website

Opened in '98, this posh, pretentious party spot prides itself on being Romania's first 'concept club' (a pretty pretentious and arbitrary designation in the first place). That concept, it would seem, would be to bring the high-society glamour of New York or London to Bucharest by creating an outlandishly exclusive club for the city's business and heeled set. The Office maintains its elitist edge by regularly inviting media moguls, entertainment and sports stars to its functions and populating them with beautiful yet impossible to approach young women. The Office is actually members-only until 21:00, after which you still may not be able to get in because it's being rented out by some millionaire playboy for the night. But apparently seeing all those untouchables on the other side of the glass in their designer clothes, sipping their whiskey sours with their slender wrists, only makes people try all the harder to get into this uber-trendy club. Open 21:30 to 5:00, Sundays 22:00 to 2:00; closed Mon, Tues, Wed.

Overrated by my standards. If you want to see the "real" Bucharest you're better off going to a club where locals go.

the office is definitely the type of place where i'd like to spend eight hours a day. oh my god the women were hot and all over me like spots on a cheetah with an acne problem

Tell me honest, now: is this place really all that?
